We use reputable courier companies to get your parcels delivered as quick as possible to your door. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number which we will provide to you, for you to be able to track your parcel. Delivery takes 3- 7 days in South Africa and may vary depending on the delivery address. You will be notified via SMS when your parcel leaves our depot. For international orders, additional customs or import duties may be charged by the applicable country’s revenue authority once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer the parcel belongs to.
